K. K. Kohli, F.C.A, DISA qualified in November, 1984 is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is in practice since then. He possesses vast experience and exposure of Audit, Tax Planning, Tax Assessments, Financial Planning, Corporate Law, FEMA and other allied laws.

Monika Goel, F.C.A qualified in November, 2005 is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has vast knowledge of Statutory and Internal Audits, Compliance of various statutory provisions of Income Tax, Service Tax, Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India and other government departments.
